Paris Las Vegas

  • Room reservations at the Paris Hotel will open on January 15th, 2025

  • WHDC Rate is $189/night (Oct 9th - 12th) not including daily resort fees and taxes.

  • Conference sessions will take place at the Horseshoe Resort & Hotel (connected to the Paris Hotel)

For guests that prefer to phone in their reservations, they may call the Reservation Center at 1-877-603-4389 and reference the 2025 World Highland Dancing Conference or code: SPHDC25 to access the WHDC rate.

Note: an additional $15+tax charge will apply to all telephone reservations. 

Paris Hotel T&C's

  • Resort fees are $45 USD/night

  • Special rate is based on double occupancy. Additional $30 USD/night for triple occupancy; or $60 USD/night for quadruple occupancy.

  • Individual must identify themselves as part of the “World Highland Dancing Conference” at the time of booking to receive conference rates.

  • 1 night’s hotel room charge + taxes is required by via credit card at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation. This will be billed automatically to the credit card provided.

  • Cancel without penalty up to 45 days prior to date of arrival. Deposit + taxes will be refunded to the credit card provided at time of booking.

  • If reservation is cancelled less than 45 days prior to date of arrival, 1 night’s room deposit + taxes will NOT be refunded. All remaining nights within the booking will be cancelled without additional penalty.

  • If the reservation is made via the telephone call centre, there will be a $15+taxes charge applied/booking. No additional fee will be charged if booked via the internet.

  • Each guestroom booked must have at least one registered guest twenty-one (21) years of age or older.

  • Air Canada: For North America, 5% applies on standard fares, 10% on flex fares & higher. For International Travel, 10% on all base fares.

  • WestJet: 2% discount off Econo, 5% off EconoFlex and 10% off Premium base fares. No discount for Ultra Basic or Business Class bookings.

  • United: Discounts are valid for travel to Las Vegas (LAS) from October 6 – 16, 2025 inclusive. 

    • Discounts range depending on routing and fare. Basic and certain International fares might not qualify for the discount.
